Abstract. A in force legislative collection or none explicitly abolished is presented on soil uses, soil conservation, soil protection and land management; also environmental conservation and protection which is related to soil is included. In order to facilitate its location to any users, the legislative collection has been structured according to soil uses and soil multifunctionality, and taking into accounts the promoting law administrative level (European Community, Spanish State and Catalan Autonomy).
