Abstract

The superficial horizon (A11) is studied of a soil of pasture, located in a cattle property of Manzanares el Real. It possess a pH 5.4 one percentage in organic matter of 4,9%.

Our objective is try to isolate autochthonous phosphobacterium, to be able solubilization the match present in the means, and so avoid a possible chemical fertilization, that would suppose a cost, besides possible damages and environmental damages. Tests are carried out "in vitro" in order to evaluate and determine the capacity of solubilization.

Between the conclusions, is possible to highlight the following, the stump isolated by us is able to transform the match not assimilable in assimilable. Since, normally, it are not fertilized the pastures chemically, due to the cost and to the possible damage to the environment, we thought that a biological fertilization, it would produce a better quality and an old humility of the same.
