Abstract

In this paper the solubility of three amidohydrolitics enzymes (urease, asparaginase and glutaminase) are discussed. This enzymes proceed from a specific industrial sewage sludge and these were purificated by tangencial ultrafiltration and were fractionated with (NH4+)2SO4. With the method of tangencial ultrafiltration we obtained an increase of 465.8% for urease of 769.3% for asparaginase, of 311.7% for glutaminase. Amidohydrolases are precipitated preferably with (NH4+)2SO4 when there is a saline concentration of 60-80% in the means.

Key words: amidohydrolitics enzymes, industrial sewage sludge, purification, tangencial ultrafiltation.
